Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Manager in Training who will serve as an Assistant Manager while completing required coursework and gaining hands-on experience to advance to store management. You will coach and motivate employees to reach personal and store sales goals, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include guiding sales using the 4-Step selling approach, meeting sales targets, reducing shrink, and upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required or 6 months at Windsor at store level.
• Proven leadership experience; able to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and directs staff to achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Directs sales using 4-step selling techniques.
• Maintains loss prevention procedures and controls shrink and expenses.
• Ensures store cleanliness and housekeeping, and adheres to dress code policy.
• Delegates daily operational duties and assists in training and recruiting.
• Enforces company policies and safety procedures; maintains visual standards.
• Keeps the store environment safe and secure for customers and employees.
