Job summary

Yourrnr in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Manager In Training (MIT) who will be trained extensively to be ready for store management placement. You will shadow leaders, cross-train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop, and learn the policies and processes of each department.

Responsibilities include mastering filing, placing orders, coordinating with operations, reviewing monthly P&Ls, and driving sales via outbound calls and in-store marketing. Lifting to 30 lbs and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales.
• Learn policies, processes, and department workings.
• Learn proper file completion and filing of protection claims.
• Place orders, coordinate with operations, run Friday meetings, and know required corporate forms.
• Learn to read and understand monthly P&Ls.
• Develop skills to drive sales through outbound calls and in-store marketing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
