You'll greet guests, upsell thoughtfully, and keep displays organized while processing POS transactions and assisting with shipments. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends in a lively entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to all guests; actively greet and welcome guests into the retail space.
• Provide confident directional guidance and share information about upcoming events.
• Support sales programs and aim to increase transaction value and units per transaction.
• Merchandise to keep the sales floor full and visually enticing; manage displays and inventory concerns.
• Understand product collections and upsell based on guest interests.
• Process sales transactions using POS system and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stockroom; assist with shipments and stock organization.
• Collaborate with tour guides in venues to create and process souvenir photos for display and sale.
• Follow safety and security policies; report any issues to management.
