Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills required.
• Outgoing personality and an aptitude for sales.
• Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as they enter the retail space.
• Provide confident, friendly directions and share info about upcoming events.
• Support sales and service programs to increase transaction value and units.
• Merchandise and maintain store displays; keep apparel folded and stocked.
• Process sales via POS and handle cash according to procedures.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized; report inventory concerns.
• Follow safety policies and report issues to management immediately.
• Process daily shipments from truck to storeroom and floor per policies.
• Collaborate with tour guides to create and display souvenir photos for sale.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
