AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Retail Manager to lead our Ohio Turnpike Brady's Leap Jimmy John's operation. This full-time role schedules 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership experience in a multi-unit setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage multiple retail dining locations and service teams with a hands-on approach.
• Provide leadership, driving quality and efficiency in customer service, food production, menu development, product selection, quality control, sanitation, housekeeping, merchandising, marketing and promotions.
• Manage inventory control, product forecasting and food and supplies ordering.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system; train others to operate the system.
• Ensure proper merchandising and marketing materials within each location.
• Monitor procedures, supervise staff and provide training development.
• Ensure excellent customer service in each retail food location.
• Comply with AVI policies; maintain a safe and healthy environment.
