Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a multi-unit or fast-paced quick-service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory control and POS troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple retail dining locations and service teams with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Drive quality, efficiency, and customer service in dining operations, food production, merchandising and promotions.
• Manage inventory, forecasting, ordering and cost controls.
• Train staff, monitor procedures, and ensure a safe, clean, compliant workplace.
