Job summary

Cargo Largo is seeking a retail leader for a fast-paced, growth-oriented role in Independence, MO. The position offers a pay rate of $60k and up, plus bonus, and involves directing a 16+ person team across sales, merchandising and price-change duties.

You’ll build displays, manage openings and closings, and model exceptional customer service on the floor most of the day while handling escalated issues with a win/win approach.

Requirements to qualify:

• 2+ years of retail management experience, leading teams of 16+ direct reports
• Experience developing those direct reports into positions of greater responsibility
• Proven track record of thriving in high-volume traffic environments
• Hands on experience with a variety of Hardware and Electronics items
• Love of retail! Reasonable number of nights and weekends essential
