Job summary

Cargo Largo in Independence, MO is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume store. You will coach and develop a 16+-person team of Sales Floor Associates, Merchandisers and Price Change staff while driving customer-centric results.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the floor, innovative merchandising, and open/close responsibilities to keep the store operating smoothly and delivering strong store performance. A bonus program reinforces performance and growth.

Pay Rate:$60k and up plus substantive and attainable bonus potential

• Coach. Inspire & develop 16+ associate team of Sales Floor Associates, Merchandisers & Price Change Associate
• Merchandise. No planograms here; creatively build quality displays with your team
• MOD. Open/close & drive results storewide engaging with customers & associates
• Active.On the floor 70% of the time to support customers/team and ensure quality
• Resolve. Escalated customer issues via win/win approach

We’re an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We sell this inventory in our well-known, local retail store (10,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week).
