Job summary

Cargo Largo is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a 30+ associate team including Cashiers and Customer Service, driving daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume store. You’ll push store results, resolve escalated issues, and model an exceptional customer experience while keeping line queues small.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail management, a track record of developing direct reports, and hands-on front-end retail experience; night and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 25+ direct reports.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-volume traffic environments.
• Hands-on experience with front-end retail teams.
• Love of retail and willingness to work nights/weekends.

Pay Rate:$60k and up plus bonus

Requirements to qualify:

We're an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We sell this inventory in our well-known, local retail store (10,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week).
