Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Lansing, MI is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership and develop sales, merchandising, and operational skills. You will work with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates and to stand in as Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities include delivering legendary Guest service, leading by example, executing visual merchandising standards, and participating in all aspects of store operations to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Ability to recruit, interview and train Teammates.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with locating merchandise.
• Develop skills to lead and motivate Teammates and assist Store Manager.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
• Assist in daily operations: scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
