Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee for the Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township, MI. This on-site, full-time role trains you to lead store operations, sales and guest service while preparing to assume Store Manager responsibilities.

You will rotate through sales, merchandising, recruiting and training, partnering with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills, supervise teammates and maintain Buckle standards across operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet, assist, and upsell to guests while maintaining Buckle standards.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: recruit, coach and educate teammates; support store manager in onboarding.
• Operations: manage flexible schedule, perform opening/closing procedures, maintain store standards and inventory.
• Supervisory and Leadership: assist in leading the team, delegate tasks, and act as Store Manager in absence.
