Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand-new store in Byron Center, Michigan and is recruiting for a Management Trainee to build leadership and retail skills. As a Management Trainee, you will perform sales, merchandising and store operations tasks, develop recruiting and leadership capabilities, and train teammates with the goal of becoming a Store Manager.
