Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company offers a paid 10-12 week Summer Management & Sales Internship in our retail stores, providing hands-on experience in management, sales, and operations. Interns travel with a Sales Representative and learn from the management team while completing a team-based project addressing a real business issue.

Interns gain exposure to customer service, merchandising, CRM, and store operations, with the goal of preparing for future opportunities in our Management & Sales

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers by recommending items.
• Develop product knowledge to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves, support inventory and visual merchandising efforts.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store operations.
• Support logistics including unloading deliveries and organizing stockrooms.
• Participate in required training and comply with store policies.
• Collaborate with interns on a team project addressing a real business challenge.
