The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12-week summer program offering hands-on experience in our retail stores, providing insight into management, sales, and store operations as well as meaningful customer experiences. Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., enrolled in college/university, able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 70 lbs, willing to work varied hours including evenings/weekends, internal Sherwin-Williams performance rating of meeting expectations, completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance in-store and over the phone.
• Sales Support: Maintain product displays and assist customers to meet their needs; contribute to sales goals.
• Product Knowledge: Develop understanding of store merchandise to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Restock shelves and support inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Store Operations: Assist with point-of-sale transactions, product prep/mixing, and store maintenance.
• Logistics Support: Help unloading deliveries and organize stockrooms.
• Training & Compliance: Participate in training and adhere to store policies including safety and loss prevention.
• Team Collaboration: Support colleagues in resolving customer concerns and completing shared tasks.
• Project Responsibility: Collaborate on a team project addressing a real business challenge and present outcomes.
