CVS Health Corporation is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in the United States, designed for students aiming to grow in health care retail leadership. You will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging customers, and learning store operations while traveling for market experiences.

You will complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, gaining exposure to the broader organization.

Qualifications

• 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day operations of a successful store with Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support operational activities including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
