Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and violations.
• Assist Store Leadership in maintaining security.
• Develop teamwork and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimize operational shortages and ensure proper checkout procedures.
