HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a Store Loss Prevention team member in Savannah, GA. You will complete daily LP tasks, interact with store management, and deter theft while observing safety policies.

Responsibilities include apprehensions per policy, assisting with investigations, and maintaining evidence. The role requires strong communication, basic computer and time-management skills, and flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Conducts apprehensions within established policies and guidelines.
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
