TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Loss Prevention professional in Lafayette, LA. You will help deter theft, protect associates, and support store security programs while delivering courteous customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include following shoplifter guidelines, conducting surveillance, and coordinating shrink-related activities with store leadership. A flexible schedule and 0–2 years of retail or security experience are valued.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to established shoplifter guidelines and policies.
• Provides timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities with Store Management.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies and procedures.
• Promotes safety awareness and supports a safe environment.
