Key responsibilities include following shoplifter guidelines, assisting with investigations, maintaining accurate paperwork, and coordinating shrink-related activities with Store Management. A flexible schedule and 0–2 years retail or security experience are preferred.

• Completes the daily Loss Prevention tasks and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends, and deters theft as assigned.
• Supports investigations and surveillance as needed.
• Completes and distributes paperwork accurately and timely.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety awareness and shrink reduction programs.
