Job summary

YuMe Toys, part of the Maxx Group, seeks an Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator to oversee order processing, routing, and warehouse communication for our growing toy lines. You will ensure retailer orders flow smoothly from PO to delivery with accuracy and retailer compliance.

The role includes a 4/1 hybrid work arrangement in Rogers, AR, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Account Services, and overseas offices to guarantee on-time shipping and flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in EDI, order processing, logistics coordination, supply chain, or vendor compliance.
• Strong knowledge of major retail portals: Retail Link (Walmart), Vendor Central (Amazon), Partners Online (Target), or similar.
• Experience creating and troubleshooting ASNs, BOLs, and EDI document flows (850, 856, 810).
• Excellent attention to detail—zero-error mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Process retailer POs through EDI systems and verify pricing, item setup, quantities, pack configurations, ship windows, and vendor requirements.
• Monitor and resolve EDI errors, ASN issues, acknowledgments, and transmission failures.
• Maintain internal order tracking dashboards and proactively update teams on order status.
• Maintain compliance with all retailer-specific documentation and data standards.
• Coordinate routing with major retailers and manage freight bookings and delivery schedules.
• Generate and validate ASNs, BOLs, packing lists, pallet labels, and all shipping documentation.
• Communicate with overseas offices on inventory, shipping schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Track shipments and resolve exceptions, delays, or compliance issues.
• Communicate with warehouse daily on order status and labelling requirements.
