Job summary

YuMe is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Walmart and other retailer accounts by managing item setup, scheduling, and updates across systems. You will coordinate with replenishment, operations, logistics, and overseas offices to ensure timely launches and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous Walmart experience is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems is required.
• Experience with Retail Link, Scintilla, Item 360, QMS, NOVA, and Supplier One.
• Replenishment experience is required.
• Experience managing item setup and retailer maintenance processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and follow up skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support Walmart and other retailer account management activities.
• Manage retailer systems, item setup, maintenance, and ongoing updates.
• Submit items in QMS.
• Coordinate with replenishment teams, operations, logistics, and overseas offices.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasting files, and retailer documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment flow, and item performance.
• Assist with modular updates, new item launches, and promotional tracking.
• Support buyer meetings, line reviews, and showroom preparation.
• Track samples, customer requests, and action items across departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with retail partners.
• Assist the Sales Director with account analysis and business reporting.
