Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, or distribution experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong self-accountability and proactive drive for results.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organize and label stock in the warehouse.
• Unbox, tag, and display merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe back-of-house and sales floor.
• Execute price changes and merchandising bulletins.
• Pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping.
• Handle returns and process refunds or exchanges.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Provide feedback to the Operations Manager on opportunities.
• Stay up to date on promotions and marketing events.
