Job summary

Qualifications

• Communication – strong listening, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• Organization – manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, or distribution preferred.
• Must stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, move around store, lift 30 lb.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to learn business acumen with training.
• Demonstrate self‑accountability and drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world‑class service.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organize and label stock in the back room for easy restocking.
• Unbox, tag, and display merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and back‑of‑house areas.
• Execute price changes and merchandising bulletins.
• Pick, pack, and prepare ecommerce orders for shipping.
• Process refunds or exchanges for online returns and update inventory.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Provide feedback to management on operations and merchandising opportunities.
