Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Logistics Associate to support receiving, inspecting, and organizing merchandise and to ensure items are stored and displayed properly. You will handle eCommerce orders, process returns, and assist with promotions while upholding safety and a customer-first culture.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Clear, effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver world class service and build lasting relationships.
• Receive, inspect, and organize merchandise to ensure items are in good condition.
• Label and stock merchandise in the stockroom for easy restocking according to standards.
• Unbox, tag, and display merchandise on the sales floor per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe back-of-house and sales floor areas for a pleasant shopping environment.
• Process price changes and merchandising bulletins as directed.
• Pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping.
• Handle returns for online orders, process refunds or exchanges, update inventory.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance across departments.
• Stay informed about promotions and events to maintain merchandising presence.
