Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail fulfillment or merchandising experience preferred.
• Willingness to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, delivering world-class service and building lasting relationships.
• Receive and inspect shipments, verify condition, and organize stockroom items.
• Label, shelve, and restock merchandise on the sales floor according to standards.
• Unbox, tag, and display merchandise following merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe back-of-house and sales floor areas.
• Execute price changes and merchandising bulletins accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping with secure packaging.
• Handle online order returns, process refunds or exchanges, and update inventory systems.
• Stay informed on promotions and participate in promotional activities.
• Educate customers about products and services; provide feedback to management.
• Support Operations Manager with observations on opportunities for improvement.
