Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Roswell, GA seeks a part-time Logistics Associate to engage with customers and support store operations. You will receive, inspect, and organize merchandise; prepare eCommerce orders for shipping; and maintain a clean, safe back-of-house and sales floor.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will handle customer returns, stay updated on promotions, and assist with price changes and merchandising while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide world-class service.
• Receive, inspect, and organize merchandise; stockroom labeling and accessibility.
• Prepare eCommerce orders for shipping; ensure secure packaging and labeling.
• Handle customer returns and process refunds or exchanges in the system.
• Execute price changes and merchandising bulletins; maintain clean, safe work areas.
