Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Logistics Associate to join our team. You will engage with customers, process incoming shipments, and maintain organized stockrooms and sales floors.

You will also prepare eCommerce orders, handle returns, and stay aware of promotions to drive merchandising impact. The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift 30 lb, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, distribution, or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and deliver world class service.
• Receive, inspect, and organize merchandise; ensure items are stored efficiently.
• Unbox, tag, and display merchandise on the sales floor per standards.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping.
• Handle returns for online orders and update inventory systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe back-of-house and sales floor environment.
