Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks a seasoned System Analyst to drive end-to-end loan origination and disbursement workflows within enterprise banking platforms. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs and work across architects, developers, QA, and stakeholders.

You will lead requirements gathering, document solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while supporting Agile ceremonies and backlog management in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Agile environment as an Analyst or similar role.
• 3+ years hands-on in system analysis, process optimization, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• 3+ years experience with Azure DevOps for ALM.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep system analysis across complex enterprise platforms.
• Lead solution-focused discussions with stakeholders, engineers, architects and QA teams.
• Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements ensuring traceability from concept through delivery.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Design and recommend solutions supporting loan disbursement lending workflows and financial integrations within banking systems.
• Partner with TPOs TPMs to create manage and maintain Product backlogs and dashboards.
• Support Agile ceremonies and practices including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements resolve defects and ensure solution quality.
• Challenge assumptions analyze tradeoffs and guide teams toward consensus driven value focused solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with operational controls compliance requirements and enterprise standards.
