Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a seasoned System Analyst with a strong engineering background to drive end-to-end loan workflows and banking integrations. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and collaborate across architects, developers and QA teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Role focuses on deep systems analysis, requirements gathering and solution design, with experience in Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Analyst or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis, process optimization, requirements gathering and solution design.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for ALM.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep system analysis across complex enterprise platforms identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Lead solution-focused discussions with stakeholders, engineers, architects and QA teams to drive scalable outcomes.
• Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements with traceability from concept to delivery.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Design and recommend solutions supporting loan disbursement, lending workflows and financial integrations within banking systems.
• Collaborate with Product owners to manage Product backlogs, Product boards, Azure DevOps dashboards and work items.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Work with development and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve defects and ensure solution quality.
• Challenge assumptions, analyze tradeoffs and guide teams toward value-driven solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with operational controls and enterprise standards.
