Job summary
Accenture Flex seeks a seasoned System Analyst to dive into complex banking systems and lead high-impact discussions with business and technology teams. You will translate needs into scalable technical solutions and help optimize loan origination workflows and financial integrations.
You will collaborate with architects, developers, QA and product owners to maintain backlogs and ensure traceability from concept to delivery, while aligning with enterprise standards and controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in an Agile Analyst role.
- Hands-on system analysis, process optimization, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for ALM.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep system analysis across complex enterprise platforms.
- Lead solution-focused discussions with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements with traceability.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specs aligned with standards.
- Design solutions for loan disbursement and financial integrations within banking systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and TPMs to manage backlogs and dashboards.
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Work with Dev and QA to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
- Ensure compliance with operational controls and enterprise standards.
