Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned System Analyst to dive deep into complex enterprise systems and drive solution-focused discussions across business and technology teams in the Chicago area.

Responsibilities include analyzing loan origination workflows, documenting requirements, and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions using Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance platforms. Collaboration with architects, developers, QA, and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment in an Analyst role.
• Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in system analysis, process optimization, requirement gathering and solution design.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for ALM.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep system analysis across complex enterprise platforms identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Lead solution-focused discussions with business stakeholders, engineers, architects and QA teams to drive practical outcomes.
• Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements with traceability from concept through delivery.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications that align with enterprise standards.
• Design and recommend solutions supporting loan disbursement lending workflows and financial integrations.
• Collaborate with TPOs and TPMs to manage product backlogs, dashboards, and work items in Azure DevOps.
• Support Agile ceremonies and practices including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with development and QA to clarify requirements, resolve defects and ensure quality.
