Job summary

orsa credit union seeks a Lending Systems Analyst to support, design, and configure lending platforms including origination, pricing engines, POS, and servicing systems. The role emphasizes system administration, upgrades, and regulatory compliance in a collaborative hybrid environment.

The candidate should bring 2+ years in systems analysis, lending domain familiarity, and experience with Encompass and related tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a systems analyst.
• Familiarity with typical lending products, services, systems, and workflows.
• Experience with Encompass and related integrations (Optimal Blue, Blend, FICS Mortgage Servicer).

Responsibilities

• Administrate and refine lending systems and platforms.
• Design, test, and deploy enhancements to lending systems.
• Manage upgrades, releases, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Lending teams to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Lead end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing.
