Job summary

Endeavor Real Estate Group is seeking a Retail Leasing Agent to oversee the lease up of a variety of retail properties in Central Texas. You will represent Endeavor-owned assets and collaborate with the retail leasing and development teams.

The role involves cold calling retailers, negotiating LOIs, preparing lease packages, and coordinating tours with brokers and tenants. A BS/BA is required or in progress, and a Texas Real Estate license is preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lease up retail properties in Central Texas including suburban grocery-anchored centers and mixed-use developments.
• Perform cold calls to retailers to fill vacancies and build relationships with store owners and brokers.
• Negotiate Letters of Intent and prepare lease proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate property tours with brokers and prospective tenants.
• Maintain asset management schedules and contribute to leasing meetings.
• Understand basic finance and accounting concepts relevant to leasing.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Job Summary:

The Retail Leasing Agent is responsible for the lease up of a variety of retail product in Central Texas, such as suburban grocery-anchored shopping centers, mixed-use urban retail, and lifestyle developments. The Retail Leasing Agent will represent Endeavor-owned shopping centers and select third party clients’ assets. This position will report to the Principal-In-Charge of Retail and work closely with other members of Endeavor’s retail leasing and development/acquisitions team.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Perform cold calls to retailers in order to fill vacancy.
• Sell or purchase select land tracts.
• Create relationships with store owners and brokers.
• Negotiate Letters of Intent.
• Prepare lease proposals and contracts.
• Prepare for and complete property tours with brokers and tenants.
• Update various asset management schedules for weekly leasing meetings.
• Understand basic finance and accounting.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Technical Skills:

Education/Experience

• Experience is not required.
