Job summary

Buckle in Bristol, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to help deliver the company’s mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, and operations while recruiting and developing Teammates.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties; you will train teammates, lead by example, manage daily tasks, and ensure outstanding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent guest service and sales abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Teammates to deliver legendary guest service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting and training of staff.
