Buckle in Sevierville, TN is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive sales, merchandise, and operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates, while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and store standards.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with increasing leadership duties, store performance focus, and opportunities to lead in the Manager's absence. A background in retail service is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise; demonstrate product knowledge.
• Recommend, locate, and suggest merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high level customer service.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment, training and coaching of Teammates.
• Maintain store standards in sales, operations and visual presentation.
