Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop leaders and maintain high retention by identifying and coaching staff.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Silently ensure cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty promotion are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment with in-stock products.

Responsibilities
