Job summary

Qualifications

• Management Trainee will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks.
• Will train to become Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, build a wardrobe experience, and meet sales goals.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: assist in coaching and developing new teammates and conducting interviews.
• Operations: handle opening/closing procedures, follow loss prevention policies, manage inventory and maintain store standards.
• Supervisory and Leadership: assist Store Manager, mentor teammates, and potentially act as Store Manager in absence.
