Job summary

Menards in Minnesota is seeking motivated individuals for our Manager Trainee Program. This paid, full-time, hands-on training program develops you for a future management role across our stores.

As you progress, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand the business and prepare for leadership positions within our 330+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or business degree preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a paid Manager Trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training under store leadership.
• Develop skills in sales, operations and team leadership.
• Progress to a management role across multiple stores as trained.
