Aurum Wireless is seeking a Store Lead to own a wireless sales operation inside an established big-box retail location. This role demands active leadership, coaching the team, recruiting talent, and protecting the retail relationship while selling alongside the staff.

The Store Lead will drive daily execution, coach performance, manage scheduling, and deliver clear sales and compliance reporting in a fast-paced environment.
