Job summary

MobileOne LLC is seeking a motivated leader for a 90-day Manager in Training program designed to prepare you for running your own store. You will supervise guest services, operations, staffing, and sales while mentoring a team to achieve KPI targets and outstanding customer experience.

You’ll hire and develop Sales Associates, train them on POS and store systems, and maintain a clean, engaging retail environment consistent with T-Mobile standards. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience (wireless industry required).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• HS diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services, store operations, sales, profitability, merchandise, inventory, expense control, HR management and costs.
• Familiar with all aspects of retail including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention and team leadership.
• Serve as primary point of contact for store employees.
• Drive productivity through KPI-based results and effective coaching.
• Hire and develop a team of Sales Associates and train on store systems including POS.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and engaging visual merchandising.
• Keep staff updated on rapidly evolving T-Mobile products and sales techniques.
