Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with Retail Management experience.
• Experience in retail management is valued and can substitute for formal education.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop store staff while maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve retention and performance.
• Help implement merchandising and marketing programs and promote the loyalty program.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
