Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in training and development for our Indiana location. The role supports the Store Manager, leads guest service initiatives, and helps recruit and train Teammates to ensure top performance across sales and operations.

The position emphasizes leadership, showmanship, and a store-centric focus, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager. Flexibility and strong team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit and train Teammates.
• High school diploma or GED required/preferred.

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to drive sales.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer focus.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates under leadership guidance.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in daily operations.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising and visual presentation.
• Plan and execute sales goals with Store Manager.
• Oversee training and coaching for non-sales roles as needed.
• Ensure proper POS procedures and guest experience across zones.
