Buckle Hunt1sville is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will participate in training, recruitment, and everyday leadership to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

You will help mentor Teammates, manage merchandise presentation, and ensure smooth operations during on-site shifts, with progression from AIT to full Assistant Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
