Job summary

Buckle in Round Rock, TX is seeking a dedicated Teammate to deliver legendary service, greet guests, recommend merchandise, and uphold Buckle’s sales standards across floor, fitting rooms and register.

You will support store leadership, participate in training, and help drive guest loyalty while maintaining visual standards and accurate POS procedures. Prior retail experience is a plus; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Willingness to learn Buckle policies and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; assist guests to locate items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and explain sales education to guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchanges and security policies.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store performance metrics.
• Partner with Store Manager on education focus and staff development.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment and training; support leadership actions.
