Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
• Ability to develop leadership skills and guest service through a Management Trainee program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to recruit, train and motivate teammates

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service, answering questions and assisting with merchandise
• Lead sales, merchandising and store operations per Buckle standards
• Recruit, interview and train teammates; assist Store Manager and act as Manager in their absence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store; manage inventory, displays, and losses prevention
• Travel to cover other stores within the district as needed
• Support leadership by planning, coordinating and leading team activities and meetings
