Job summary

Buckle in Deptford Township is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks while working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will help recruit and train teammates, motivate the team, and may act as Store Manager in their absence. This role is a progression from AIT with expanded duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales, merchandising and store operations tasks.
• Cashiering, merchandise display and register procedures.
• Routine cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
• Work with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales.
• Recruit, train and motivate teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
