GNC Holdings LLC in Boardman, Ohio is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop leadership skills and prepare for promotion to a Store Manager. You will work under store or district management and gain hands-on experience running daily operations.

This full-time hourly position offers competitive pay plus an incentive program, opportunities to lead a team, train staff, manage sales and customer service, and promote the Live Well brand.

Competenze

• Must be able to stand or walk up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending and twisting; lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in temperatures ranging from 50–85 degrees.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day store operations as SMIT, lead and coach team.
• Provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
• Manage visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and MYGNC Rewards.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Build strong teams and provide feedback, recruitment, and performance management.
• Open and close the retail facility, including cash handling and deposits.
• Represent the GNC brand with product knowledge and the Live Well message.
• Attend community events to promote the organization’s mission and initiatives.
