Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to help create an exceptional guest experience while supporting sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and how to excel in management.

Responsibilities include guest service, product demonstration, POS procedures, inventory duties and assisting with merchandising. No prior experience required; pursuing a Bachelor's degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university; no prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales generation and guest service, including greeting Guests, answering questions, and helping locate merchandise.
• Support operations such as opening/closing tasks, cash handling basics, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Participate in internship duties: orientation, leadership development, merchandise knowledge, and progress reporting.
