Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support everyday store operations, guest service, and merchandising while learning how Buckle’s retail business operates. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills and drive sales through engaging customer experiences.

The internship covers sales generation, training, and store operations, with opportunities to take on responsibilities such as opening/closing POS, assisting guests, and supporting merchandise

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree; willingness to learn Buckle business operations.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to balance sales goals with guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and store operations as directed.
