Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support guest service, sales goals and merchandising in our store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle's retail operations, assist with cashiering, merchandising, and daily store upkeep while developing leadership skills.

This internship requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree, a willingness to learn, and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as part of the internship.
• Willingness to learn Buckle's retail operations and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary customer service.
• Assist with cashiering, merchandise display and basic store operations.
• Support store management with daily tasks and learning objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
• Participate in training and provide progress updates to management.
